Ask me all about those April showers! In Science, we have been working on an over-arching weather theme all year. Today we took a closer look at our March and April weather graphs and noticed all the rainy days. Then we read a fun story with lots of DRIP, DROP sounds in it!
During Reader's Workshop, one of our reading stations was raindrop reading!! We used our fine motor skills to pinch and hang raindrops with new sight words on them. Then we practiced writing them on our white boards. We did such a great job using lower case letters!!!
