Ask me all about our Ocean Inquiry!  What started out as a simple conversation about the sounds made by the letter Oo turned into a HUGE project based inquiry!!! We spent the morning in the Makerspace today creating a beautiful Ocean Mural and learning more about Octopuses!!!  It has been so much fun!!!

Ask me all about our daily Dance &Movement Time!  During our long morning we always take a Wiggle Break.  Sometimes we go outside and run around on the playground.  Sometimes we go in the Gym with Sr. Ruiz.  And sometimes, especially on days like today, we stay inside and DANCE!  We love to sing silly songs and we know the words and movements to SO many.

Ask me all about Veterans!  We know all about them and what they did for our country!  Today we wrote Thank You Notes and Flags to thank all of the soldiers for their service to the United States of America!  
​We have also been practicing a special song to sing at the Veteran's Day Luncheon tomorrow!  We sound BEAUTIFUL!!!  Click on the button to listen to it at home!  

Ask me all about Learning Stations!  Today we played the Alphabats game!!!  It was spooky!  We had to reach our hand in the Jack-O-Lantern and grab a bat!!!  Each bat had a capital letter on it.  We had to read the letter and say what sound it makes!  We used dot painters to keep track of our letters.  
​It  was so fun...we were giggling the whole time!!!

Ask me all about Writing!  Today we had our first Morning Writer's Workshop!!!  Our Kinder-friends have been writing up a storm in the afternoon, however, today we all got a chance to give it a try!  We shared stories about trick-or-treating...and we did an amazing job! Dr. Rossbach even stopped by. She was AMAZED!!!
