Ask me all about our trip to The Warren Public Library! We had so much fun walking up the hill, dancing in between all of the raindrops. Then...when we arrived we got a big surprise!!! Mrs. Fillie read us the book Sarabella's Thinking Cap, by Judy Schachner and we all got a HUGE thinking cap of our very own!!!! We had so much fun walking home with our thinking caps on!!! It made the book come to life!
Thank you, Mrs. Fillie!!! Scientists look closely at things. And they look more than once. Sometimes they use special tools and they always share their thinking by writing down or drawing their thoughts, observations and wonderings!
This week we have been watching our Monarch chrysalises get darker and darker. Yesterday three of our butterflies emerged and hopefully the fourth will come out tomorrow. We can't wait to release them! In the afternoon, our kinder friends have been working with Mrs. Newton's Primary Blenders. We have been looking closely at things and asking LOTS of questions! Science is so cool!!! Ask me all about Mr. Smiley! We love learning with him! Today we learned a special song to help us hold our pencils, markers & crayons! We also learned that we have a "helper hand"!!! My thumb is bent,
