We are Writers!!!

Ask me all about Writing!  Today we had our first Morning Writer's Workshop!!!  Our Kinder-friends have been writing up a storm in the afternoon, however, today we all got a chance to give it a try!  We shared stories about trick-or-treating...and we did an amazing job! Dr. Rossbach even stopped by. She was AMAZED!!!
Our younger friends learned that writers...

• Sit like a story teller
• Share all of our writing tools
• Hold the pencils and crayons correctly (with a perfect pinch!)
• Use colors that help tell the story
• Draw people with all of the appropriate details
• Use the letters and sounds to help tell the story
• Share their work
