Ask me all about the alphabet! I know that all letters make a sound (some even make two!) Today we sang a fun song about letter sounds! We used alphabet puzzles to help us practice and we also played a fun game called Picking Popcorn. (We are working on the letter Pp!) We picked a piece of popcorn and named the letter and the sound that it makes. Then we matched it on the board! We had so much fun!!!
We also spent some time curled up in the classroom library reading books! We talked about the cover, title page, and pictures! We are becoming great readers!
